Haha... wow. I don't know why I chose to do fanart, but I like Bria. Her blaster is really effed up, but I have no patience to fix it. I tried using a reference, then got annoyed, and made it up. Just pretend that the trigger isn't off to one side of the blaster....
Her lips are also screwed up. As is her head, and I am just noticing these things. It's funny how you get so absorbed in something, you don't notice weird mistakes.

For those of you who have no idea who Bria Tharen is, here's my little summary, excluded tons and tons of info about her. I could go on and on.

Han Solo banged many, many women in his life, but only loved two. Leia was his greatest, but Bria Tharen was his first.
Bria makes her appearance in the Han Solo Trilogy books.
She was a slave on some fake mission place and was forced to work all day in a spice factory. She was known simply as Pilgrim 921 until Han Solo came and rescued her. They managed to escape, but soon after, Bria left him. She was having a lot of difficulty rehabilitating herself, but in my opinion, thats not an excuse to leave that amazing god of a man all heartbroken and emo. =(
Anyway... Bria eventually hooked up with the Rebellian and became Commander of The Red Hand Squadron. They were a particularly fierce group of fighters who gave no quarter to slavers.
Eventually, Bria met up with Han again because she needed the help of him and his friends to destroy the colonies of Ylesia, the planet she was enslaved on. She promised the smugglers would be paid very well, but in the end, doublecrossed everyone and took all the money for the Rebellion. Remember that part in the Empire Strikes Back where Lando was all like, "You have a lot of nerve coming here... blah blah blah"? Well, thats because he thought Han was in on Bria's whole scheme. All his friends pretty much dropped him. Han told Bria that if he ever saw her again, he'd kill her.
Bria and her Red Hand Squadron all died on a dangerous mission to transfer the Death Star plans to the Tantive IV, Princess Leia's ship that "accidently" happened to be passing by. That's where A New Hope starts off.
The Red Hand Squadron took poison pills as the Imperials stormed the ship so that none of them could be forced to reveal information about the rebellian. Bria died bravely, thinking of Han as she made her last charge into battle with her blaster.

It's really tragic. I suggest you guys read that trilogy. My favorite of the Star Wars Extended Universe books. They are about Han Solo, not Bria, but yeah. Bria's pretty damn important.
